Criteria

A. The project shall be to design low-cost single detached dwelling with a 20-30 sq.m. floor areas with no particular lot utilizing bamboo as the major building materials for both structural and architectural components.

B. The project must be designed for typhoon resistance.

C. House must be suitable for actual low-cost housing project and must conform to the applicable and regulatory requirements of the building codes for low-cost shelter.

D. If certain aspect requires code exemptions or discretionary authority from the building official, a certificate of endorsement by the building official will be given merit.
