A. Any query or clarification about the competition shall be addressed in writing to the competition secretariat through e-mail.
B. Questions received after 5:00pm on January 27, 2009 shall not be accepted. Verbal questions shall not be entertained.
C. Competition memorandum in response to all the questions, which shall form part of the competition guidelines, shall be available at the competition website. All registered participants will be informed by e-mail on the availability of this document.
